Ensign United States Drilling offers two medical coverage plans.

For the Rocky Mountain employees, California (out of area employees), and other U.S. employees of related Ensign Service Group companies coverage is provided through our third party administrator, Ameriben . This plan is a PPO with “Out-of-Area” coverage for our employees who reside in remote areas.

Employees living in California and who reside within the covered Kaiser zip codes are members within Kaiser’s HMO group health plan.

The premium for your medical and dental benefit is shared between you and your employer. This premium is deducted from the first paycheck of the month.

Additional information regarding your medical benefits can be found in the new hire benefit package and the Summary Plan Description that you will receive after you have satisfied your eligibility requirements.
